Home Access+
You can access your file area from outside school using Home Access+.
This system will allow to to upload and download files to and from your My Documents area in your school account. Home Access works in any Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc).
To use the system you must complete the following configuration:
- In Internet Explorer enable the "Do not save encrypted pages to disc" option. More Details
- Install Clayton's Security Certificate. More Details
- Install Microsofts Silverlight (Optional).
Installing Silverlight will improve the performance and reliabilty of file transfers using Home Access +. More Details
IMPORTANT
If you want to work on a file that is currently at school aways download the document to your home computer and work on it there. When you have finished, upload it back to your school area. Trying to edit a file across an internet link without downloading it first to your home computer is likely to lead to a loss of data.
